Project Background
As members of the Heritage Hills, we’re continuously striving for enhancements that benefit the entire neighborhood. In December, we engaged the services of our design team to collect community feedback regarding the present and future use of the Clubhouse and Overlook Park. Our primary goal has been to gather direct feedback from the community to revitalize these areas and make our neighborhood an even better place to live.
Between December and February, there has been a collaborative effort between the board and design committee to generate public engagement materials, a public survey for input, and conduct an analysis of the existing building and site.
After the survey closes, we're utilizing the direct feedback to program the building and establish a roadmap for the project. The design team will develop initial sketches and blueprints, which were presented at a community meeting for feedback and ideas.
After integrating all charette and survey comments into a cohesive plan, the plans were sent for initial for pricing. The Metro Board is currently through the community feedback and the design with the design teams.
Results from the survey and the community meeting are available to view by hyperlink on the home page.
