Project Background
As members of the Heritage Hills, we’re continuously striving for enhancements that benefit the entire neighborhood. In December, we engaged the services of our design team to collect community feedback regarding the present and future use of the Clubhouse and Overlook Park. Our primary goal has been to gather direct feedback from the community to revitalize these areas and make our neighborhood an even better place to live.
Between December and February, there has been a collaborative effort between the board and design committee to generate public engagement materials, a public survey for input, and conduct an analysis of the existing building and site.
After the survey closes, we're utilizing the direct feedback to program the building and establish a roadmap for the project. The design team will develop initial sketches and blueprints, which will be presented at a community meeting for your feedback and ideas. Time and location details are available on the “Important Dates” page.
After integrating all charette and survey comments into a cohesive plan, we will send out the plans for pricing. Once we receive the pricing details, the project will be opened for community discussion to determine whether it aligns with the desires of our neighborhood. Please select the “Important Project Dates” for a brief overview of our upcoming schedule:
Your continued participation is appreciated as we progress towards presenting the concept for the future of our neighborhood
What’s the Purpose?
The intent for the community meeting is to introduce the project background and the design teams, and to present initial concepts/sketches, generated from direct community feedback. You’ll have an opportunity to give your opinion on what you like and don’t like with regard to the conceptual designs shown. Note this is a community meeting for HERITAGE HILLS CLUBHOUSE ONLY.
